4. Digital Services — including Website & App Development, SEO, and Digital Marketing
5. B2B Marketing Data Solutions — including crafted and bespoke data sets
6. Retail & Event Activation — including design, fabrication, and installation of retail or exhibition interiors
7. Localization & Translation — across major Indian languages

Each service engagement is defined by a separate written proposal, quotation, or contract specifying the scope of work, deliverables, pricing, and timeline.

4. Use of Website

You agree to use our website and its content strictly for lawful and legitimate purposes. You must not:

• Make payments as per agreed terms.

Delays caused by the client (including lack of feedback or incomplete content) may impact deadlines or result in additional costs.

7. Payment Terms

• Payments are due as per the terms stated in the approved quotation or invoice.
• Unless otherwise agreed in writing, a 50% advance payment is required to initiate a project, and the balance 50% is payable upon final delivery.
• All payments must be made in Indian Rupees (INR) or USD (for international clients), inclusive of applicable taxes and transfer charges.
• Invoices are payable within the specified period; late payments may attract interest or suspension of work.
• Deliverables remain the property of Vero Brand Crafter LLP until full payment is received.

8. Revisions and Approvals

Each project includes a predefined number of revisions as stated in the proposal.
Additional revisions or modifications beyond the agreed scope will be billed separately.
Final approval from the client signifies acceptance of the deliverables, and further changes may be treated as a new project or service request.

9. Refunds and Cancellations

Refunds and cancellations are handled in accordance with our Refund and Cancellation Policy.
In general:

• Deposits or partial payments made are non-refundable once the project has commenced.
• If a project is canceled before initiation, partial refunds (if applicable) may be considered after deducting administrative and resource allocation costs.
• No refunds will be made once final deliverables are approved or delivered.

10. Confidentiality and Data Protection

Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding all non-public information, including project details, pricing, and proprietary materials.

3A Media Group ensures that any data shared by clients is handled securely and in compliance with our Privacy Policy.
We will not disclose, sell, or share client data with third parties unless required by law or with explicit consent.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, 3A Media Group and Vero Brand Crafter LLP shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages (including loss of profits, revenue, or data).
• Delays, interruptions, or errors caused by factors beyond our reasonable control (e.g., internet failures, natural disasters, third-party issues).
• Any loss or damage resulting from client-provided materials or instructions.

Our total liability for any claim arising from a project or service shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for that specific project.

12. Third-Party Tools and Services

Some services (such as hosting, printing, or advertising) may involve third-party providers.
We are not responsible for delays, losses, or damages caused by third-party vendors, but we will assist in coordination where applicable.

13. Portfolio and Marketing Usage

Unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing, 3A Media Group reserves the right to use completed projects, mock-ups, or visual content for portfolio, marketing, or promotional purposes (online and offline).
Clients may request in writing to exclude their projects from public display prior to project commencement.

14. Termination of Services

Either party may terminate a project with prior written notice under the following conditions:

• Material breach of contract terms.
• Non-payment or repeated delay in payments.
• Mutual agreement to discontinue the project.

Upon termination, clients must pay for all work completed up to the termination date. All intellectual property created prior to full payment remains owned by 3A Media Group.

15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and all related transactions are governed by the laws of India.
Any dispute shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Mumbai, Maharashtra.

16. Disclaimer

While we strive to provide accurate and reliable information, 3A Media Group does not guarantee that the content on this website is free from errors, omissions, or interruptions.
