The Client Services Representative will be responsible for maintaining client relationships, addressing inquiries, ensuring customer satisfaction, and handling financial transactions relevant to client services.

Qualifications
- Client Services and Customer Service skills
- Excellent Communication skills
- Ability to ensure Customer Satisfaction
- Understanding of Finance related to client services
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Experience in customer-facing roles
- Knowledge of CRM systems
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
